Warzone 2100 [WIP] Factions now with ingame selector

The biggest part is done now. Its now possible to choose the faction (in Single- and Multiplayer) from the game launch menu. We have 3 factions: Normal (the Project), NEXUS and Collective. At moment it changes only the design of the walls. Later other models will be added too. Soon it can be tested by the community and then merged into the master.
